Will coverage and premiums be the same statewide?
Many insurers have chosen to only offer coverage in certain regions of the state; the number of plan options will vary by region.
Nevada has been divided into four geographic rating areas and insurance premiums can vary in each of these regions. The various regions of the state have different health care costs and so the rating areas are used to help determine insurance premiums.
